leetcode 203 -- Remove Linked List Elements

leetcode的第一道题，值得纪念一下

** 题目 **

Remove all elements from a linked list of integers that have value val.

Example
Given: 1 –> 2 –> 6 –> 3 –> 4 –> 5 –> 6, val = 6
Return: 1 –> 2 –> 3 –> 4 –> 5

** 题意 **

将链表中数值为val的节点全部删除

思路

链表操作基本功，没什么好说的

    head = p;
